GCHS 2019-2020 Stakeholders Compact

Our GCHS administration, student services team, and teachers value the opportunity the stakeholders compact holds for teacher, parent, and student collaboration.  Our mission to provide all students with a quality education that supports success in an ever-changing world will be fulfilled IF each of us adhere to this agreement.

This compact, Greene County High School 2019-2020 Stakeholders Compact, is on page 37 in the student handbook.  Basically, the compact says that both teachers and students will come to school prepared to teach and to learn, to be professional and respectful, positive and involved, and to work together. Our admin team and student support services are dedicated to providing highly qualified teachers and a school climate that is safe and conducive to learning. 

We encourage our parents to communicate with their student and their students' teachers.  This year we invite our students to engage in student led conferencing.  Conferencing is important to those students who are highly successful as well as for students who may struggle in specific areas.  

This year let's team up to be successful.  Arrive on time to start teaching and learning on time! Come prepared with lessons planned and homework completed.  Let the Tigers ROAR.
